UMPIRES CARD

 

Umpires are required to agree a sportsmanship mark for both teams and to mark the pitch and outfield.  The form below to be completed and sent to Robin Ford within 2 days of the match.

 

General comments may be made on the form.  However, should the umpires consider there were any incidents or matters which merit reporting to the League Executive Committee, or a mark of “1” is awarded, a report should be sent to Garry Roberts, the chairman of the Disciplinary Committee.
